DebtStar Capital Announces Acquisition of Michigan Portfolio

11-10-14- DebtStar Capital today announced it has acquired a portfolio of non performing land contracts and single family properties in Michigan. The assets acquired were located across Michigan with a primary geographic focus of the counties of Wayne, Macomb and Oakland and in the following cities:

-Southfield

-Detroit

-Redford

-Keego Harbor

-Waterford

-Roseville

-Taylor

-Romulus

DebtStar Capital worked with a Texas based Private Equity Firm to acquire the portfolio. The PE firm is a leader in the owner finance space had non performing Michigan holdings that they were looking to dispose of.
